We offer reliable and secure delivery across India. A standard shipping fee of ₹1800 is applicable on all orders.

Our rugs are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email for real-time updates.

INTERNATIONAL:
For all international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹8000 is applicable.

We ensure secure packaging and reliable delivery through trusted logistics partners. Shipping timelines may vary based on location — international deliveries typically take 15–20 business days.

For wholesale orders, shipping costs may vary depending on volume and destination. Please get in touch for detailed logistics support.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered between 10-15 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.

How do I check the estimated delivery date for any product?

Enter your delivery pin code on the product detail page to know the estimated delivery days for it.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

How can I cancel my order?

NOTE: Order cancellation will only be applicable for domestic orders.

You can cancel your order by calling us on ‭+919936616400 or email us at - royalthreadartsy@gmail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
